Christine & Andy in Poughkeepsie, NY!

Christine & Andy’s wedding was a delight to be a part of! Though a pretty intense storm passed through in the afternoon, it ended fairly quickly and it seemed serendipitous that we avoided any other weather troubles the rest of the day. One thing that the storm made me notice was how calm Christine was about the whole thing. There wasn’t a bit of worry or stress, and it was clear that she and Andy weren’t concerned about anything but their love for one another. It was a true witness of people who have their priorities straight, and that’s the kind of couple I appreciate working with the most. Entering people’s lives for a day, let alone one of the most important ones, is a unique and enriching experience. Christine & Andy reminded me to keep my focus always on what matters most and not to worry unnecessarily. Thank you both for the invite, and the insight! It was a fantastic day for everyone who witnessed your very true love.
